Very smooth process I received a direct mail ad for Auto Approve. They promised a better interest rate on my auto loan. A quick BBB check reveals that they are a legit company, so I decided to check their offer out. I'm glad that I did. The process was easy and representatives walked me through the process. They did manage to lower my rate by 3‰. I'm pleased with the result and recommend their service

I like that I got approved I like that I got approved, but not for what the letter said that y’all sent me the letter said I would have 470 to 480 note but instead I have 6 hundred and something note y’all only save me 74 dollars instead of 2 hundred something so y’all lied

She help me with everything I needed to do to get my car refinance at a great rate! She walked me through every detail on the phone! Never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable if I was confused at times when I needed to get things notarized & signing all the documents! She had such kindness & patients & so understanding no matter what I needed to discuss with her! She is one of the most pleasant person & friendly that I had to deal with in my circumstances!
