He met with each party after the presentation to discuss their individual circumstances. The fee to engage their services are reasonable given what needs to be done to exit or terminate a timeshare contract/mortgage.

No Callback... Initially I was interested in utilizing TRG and was awaiting their callback and that pre-arranged callback never materialized. I did then have my doubts about the service. Jeffrey did call me back and explained that there must have been a mix up with the call to me and he was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and TRG will definitely be the company I utilize when I am ready to get rid of my timeshare issues!
