When other lenders were saying no or offering loan shark-ey repayment terms, Fundworks and Headway Capital treated me like a human being, a business owner who just needed a little help. Predatory lender This company rates are not disclosed up front. The pay what you can option in collections is an utter waste of time due to there predatory lending rates. William Fudge of their so called collector attorney’s group is not to be trusted. Offered me one settlement that was reasonable but when i asked for a break down of charges a 29000.00 amount of interest and fees where attached. I think i would be better off to just handle it in arbitration then with these unethical greedy people.
