GBLook somewhere else Hi, I have been a customer for many years! Have never missed a payment! I have a family emergency and hoping to refinance. Then I found out they changed there system without informing there customers. I have made 20 alloment payments on my account and still no refinance? Could not get any answers from customer service or anything! I would be looking somewhere else in the future. I have been a customer for 4 years! Again, I reached to them several times and no response. They said just right below to reach out to them! This use to be a good company, very easy to work with. Just out of know where, not a word to there customers. They changed policy and haven't even updated there site on any changes! Get no answer about anything! Veto Damiano

GBEasy to use and good customer support Overall this app is easy to use and has come in handy in a pinch. When I was having issues with connection to my bank I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sheila who was very helpful and we were able to fix my problem and get everything back into working order.

GBThe online application makes it easy to… The online application makes it easy to apply.Their response was fast. It's set up to come straight from my payroll check so I don't really miss it and I do not have to worry about keeping up with when to make the payment. The payroll advance is nice when you need a little extra before payday.
