So easy and helpful… It was a pleasure to do business with hometap. Victoria Bergevine was a great associate to work with. She held my hand through the whole process. When confused she was able to explain everything in detail and help me with any process I needed to complete. The whole thing took a couple of weeks. Highly recommend hometap if you need access to some extra funds.

Our experience with Hometap. Our assigned Investment Manager, Keith Lindsey, could not have been nicer! Very helpful in the procedure and understanding what was needed, etc. All went fast and smooth, all the way until the final investment disclosure documents were sent to us to read over carefully. We had our financial adviser read over the disclosure and we found that most of the waivers were very vague and not clear to her or us. Our assigned manager Keith took note of all our concerns and questionable waivers and handed them over to his support group for answers and clarification. The answers from the support group that came back were not fully understood or clarified. If better understanding and changes made to the disclosure, we may have gone through with this deal.
