Awesome experience from opening Awesome experience from opening, to funding, to activation. Talking from experience of trying to open an account at another broker which I won't mention (for stocks) and just gave up after a month. Any inquiries were answered by some call center overseas. At Cannon got to talk to broker and assigned one on my first call. So hard to find this kind of service in this day and age. From first contact to opening account took only a few days.

Patient, Knowledgeable and Prompt Help from Matt I have worked with Matt Kang from Cannon. Matt has helped me to set up my trading account and platform to trade oil commodities. I have recently been interested in learning FX trading. As a beginner client, I've got a lot questions that I even don't know what I am asking. Great Support It is very important to me to work with a company that provides readily available telephone support. Account opening was a breeze. Account opening was a breeze. Emails from Ilan and Kimberly were very clear and the response was prompt. Futures trading isn't for everyone so I appreciate the direct email signature message from Ilan that says "Futures trading is risky and not for everyone. Customers may lose all or more of their investment." This is direct and honest.

The best brokerage firm After placing a few trades of the micro e mini s&p a default commission of $96.00 was charged against my account and I did not notice as my daily statement was not yet received. The next day I received an e-mail from Cannon Trading that my account would be credited $96.00 as the default commission automatically charged was a mistake. The refund and honesty is greatly appreciated. If your looking for a stand up brokerage Cannon Trading is you best bet. Thanks: Rich, Youngstown NY
