Involved in an automobile accident the… Involved in an automobile accident the other person received the ticket for sideswiped me. Now Infinity claims I’m 10% liable. Asked why, no direct answer. The repair shop received payment 2 months afterwards and I had to pay a separate repair that wasn’t covered which should have called me before fixing it.It’s all a big scam. I’m reporting it to the Insurance Commision. Oh, Infinity still owes me reimbursement for my rental.

My sisters car was parked in front of her apartment the guy that had infinity insurance ran into it and his insurance isn’t even talking to my sister who by the way is in the hospital now. No she wasn’t in the car when it was wrecked. They just will not do their job! My sister needs to go to dialysis three times a week and they have to call a cab because infinity refuses to pay for the rental of a car or any car while their other car is not being repaired because they’re not doing that either do not use this insurance company!!!

Worst insurance company I have ever had Substandard service and coverage. They use junk parts for repairs. Impossible to cancel policy without being charged a ton of fees. Will not do a visual inspection for any claim and write the lowest possible estimate theu can. Using COVID to get out of doing real work like the rest of us. Worst insurance company I have ever had

My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance… My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever heard of. Currently my wife’s car is at the body shop and the owner is holding onto it because xfinity sent a check that expired and the new check that he’s expecting is constantly promised to be mailed out tomorrow. It has been two months. No one returns my calls. I think she would’ve been better off being hit by someone who has the General Insurance.
