GBMy car was T-boned by a driver covered… My car was T-boned by a driver covered by Allstate Auto Insurance. My insurance spoke with witnesses who were there and quickly determined that the other driver was at fault, sped to run a red light, and hit my car. Allstate denied our claim without speaking with the witness. When I begged them to call the witness, they finally relented but said it wouldn't matter and then refused to listen to what the witness had to say. I will never use Allstate and strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs. This is insurance fraud.

GBFirst and last time with this company First time and definitely last time with this company. Contractor been messaging them for more than a week as well as leaving voicemails, so I had to call and ask for a manager and still waiting cause guess what...to actually talk to a manager it usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Hope that I won't have to sue them if they don't take care of my issue. But right now they are just ignoring my contractor and lie to him by letting me know that they will call him back. So unprofessional and as soon as they are done with my claim I will start looking for a better insurance company.

GBReceived a call from an allstate agent… Received a call from an allstate agent soliciting my service. As I was telling him, nicely, to remove me from the call log because I am happy with my current services, he hung up on me. This is a horrible representation of allstate and you should know that you have rude employees making calls on behalf of your company.

GBMad in the Military We had a pipe freeze and burst on January 16, 2024. Naturally, we immediately filed a claim with Allstate and find a company to do the mitigation/restoration. Seems like this should be a fairly simple task to get completed. Man was I WRONG! Here we are 3.5 months later and the job is not completed. OHHHH yes and let me not forget to mention we are a military family PCSing to our next duty station. Because this repair is in limbo we are going to be separated AND the sell of our home is on hold. It appears Allstate thinks this is an ok way to do business. Our claims adjustor, Carmen Zuluaga, has been a pain in the a$& to work with. She has been inflexible to the needs of this repair and even screwed up documents and payments. Myself and the restoration company have spoken to her on multiple occasions, received information and changes she agreed to, yet the documents and payments haven’t reflected any of that. Allstate is trying to cut corners on the repair of this house and not complete to pre-incident condition. THAT is unacceptable. And now they are not wanting to pay for the quoted amount, leaving us to pay thousands out of pocket. I think NOT! That’s why we pay a premium and a deductible….which Carmen documented inaccurately. She wrote that our deductible was $500 more than it actually is. The restoration company and myself have asked to speak with her supervisor on multiple occasions and she has denied us. She told the restoration company “I spoke to them and they agree with me,” and wouldn’t provide the contact information the them. I have requested the same information in emails and she avoids the request and simply states my new adjustor will be in contact within the next 24-48 hours. Oh yes, there’s that. Last week we found out she was moved departments ONLY AFTER requesting supervisor information. So not only is Allstate screwing with this restoration, they are now holding up a military family from moving due to their incompetence. I guess they feel it’s ok to separate families and support systems. I will be moving all insurances and NEVER use this company again. They are a disgrace to the industry. I guess this is why public adjustors are in business, to look out for people in this exact situation.
