GBCustomer service responds like a Robot or section-8 Like Government. We are with Farmers for many years. Pay bills on time. One time an oversight late. they send letters like it will be cancelled immediately after getting thousands of dollar insurance money every year. They do not care cos they already got so much. Also, wants 20 dollar late fee. Agent cannot be reached at any time. Customer service answers like Robots

GBTerrible company, doesn’t pay fair claims Terrible company. They have no problem taking your money, but don’t want to pay out when you need them. Customer service has no interest in helping, but only to save the company and pay out as little as possible.

GBThese parasites promised a 14.00 dollar… These parasites promised a 14.00 dollar reduction in my rate if I went paperless. Went paperless. They sent out the payment notice reflecting the 14.00 reduction. Today received notice that they are removing the 14.00 reduction and will require full payment. No reason given. These loathsome thieves will soak you every time. Will be actively looking for a new carrier.

GBNo longer blinded I had been a Farmers customer for years and always loved how personal and great the customer service was, but lately have been struggling with this company. Upon renewal my policy shot up a most ridiculous amount. I missed it the first two times, but later discovered they were charging me $400 more for another driver on my policy! I had not agreed to this, nor knew who this person was. Once I renewed my policy, they agreed to then remove the other driver. With this person and their cost removed my policy was still a couple hundred too much. In conclusion, loyalty gets you nowhere. Every 6 months the cost rises a few hundred dollars more despite filing no claims, no tickets etc. all the while they say it's due to inflation and so many more statewide accidents. Guess their customers will be dishing out another couple hundred more, because I won't be contributing to the pool any longer.

GBToggle worst auto insurance Without my knowledge or consent, I was switched to Toggle from 21st Century Insurance in January 2024. Since then, all efforts to change my policy (add/remove a vehicle) online have failed. My new insurance cards don't have a phone number for roadside assistance; that process has to start online. In February, I tried to cancel my policy online twice. Next, I tried canceling via live chat once. Lastly, I tried canceling by phone three times. During the first call, I was told to call back because all lines were busy. The last two calls kept me on hold for over an hour before talking to a representative. Both representatives (weeks apart) told me that there's an IT issue preventing my policy cancellation—an issue that has apparently lasted for weeks. In 50 years of insured driving, I have never had a problem with an insurance company until Toggle. Based on the extreme difficulty I've had trying to get things done with Toggle, I really think that they don't want my business, or they want out of the auto insurance business. Yet they won't cancel my policy. Since the policy was paid in full, this delay (going on a month now) is eating away at my refund, which I had hoped to apply to my new insurance. Toggle provides extremely bad service, and they won't let you leave.
