GBScammers I purchased a plan with them but they still were calling me 10 times or more after that with an offer. They don't see in a system that I already have a plan with them Me with my rep Alex Fabian spent on a phone about 30 min and he found a perfect plan that matches my needs It would cost about $100 But after he submitted my application I've got an invoice for $200+ He said - that's what an insurance company can offer me I agreed and the plan should have started in 14 days after my call On a day 14 as Alex said I should have received my documents and before that a temporary card with electronic card. I never received anything and when I called them and their reps heard that I got a plan already - just dropped a call. Finally after 7th try one rep told me that I'm actually rejected He promised that it takes up to 7 days to return my money and offered me to purchase a new plan for more money! I refused from that It's been a month and I still didn't receive a refund, it seems that they're scammers Before purchasing a plan I've checked their legitimacy and opinions were okay I wish I found TrustPilot reviews before so I'd never be a fool working with them

GBDO NOT ENTER YOUR INFO ON THIS WEBSITE DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFO ON THIS WEBSITE. I got calls repeatedly every few minutes for hours! They call in the middle of the night, at 6 AM! At any time! I explained to them I have a brain injury and their calls are causing me medical distress and injury, the calls keep coming! I told them to remove me and they won’t stop. Not only that they hang up on you as soon as you tell them how many calls you got and then you get 5 more from same number in a few minutes after THEY hung up on you! This is harassment! And as a disabled person they are harming me even one sales guy was trying to be all slimey and ask me details of my injury when I told him to take me off the list just telling me he wanted to keep talking to me as I was begging him to stop calling. What kind of sadistic boiler room assh0les are you hiring at this company?!?! I got over 38 calls in less than 24 hrs (15 this morning) every time I told them to take me of the list and explained my injury! You are a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!! Seriously, STOP!!! This afternoon just now: I will post screenshots of my call log if I have to which shows how many I answered ... the company via email has requested more info from me to verify “I AM LEGIT”.... how about verify you are legit?!?! Try to contest my review and I will post another with the call log screen shots attached !!! Every number from you had my area code 650 and prefix of 540 or 420. And I audio recorded several of the interactions! When I said to take me off your list instead they hang up so they can keep calling!!!

GBWish I could give zero stars Wish I could give zero stars. Agent took a little information from me then recommended a plan, gave me a few main facets of the plan, then wanted me to sign up right away. Couldn't understand why I would need more time to consult my wife before moving forward. Extremely high pressure sales tactics, after a little while I felt very uncomfortable talking with them. They actually hung up on me when they realized they weren't getting a sale right away!
