Scam scam scam Scam scam scam. Some how they got hold of my details from a payment I made on tiktok for something back in April I never signed up to this and now they have taken a little on £200 from my bank. Halifax won't help either because apparently I signed up to it, even knowing I didn't.

Sneaky company Avoid ! Got two lots of £27 out of my account and when then they tried to take £49 My bank contacted me and I rang quoverus up Worst customer service experience ever the caller even put the phone down on me 😲 It turned out I brought boots from tower London and it was added at checkout I will also be writing out a bad review for them too !! I have logged a dispute with my bank Don't use this company and beware if you buy from Tower London !!

HELP HELP HELP At Qoverus I have today noticed a payment to yourselves of £27 come out of my account on 9th January which I was unaware I had signed up to. On checking through my bank I have noticed an other transaction of £27 taken on 30th of November. While reviewing your company on Trustpilot it would seem that you rely on people unsubscribing when completing an online purchase. I may have had emails and text from yourselves but due to the amount of fraud I have not opened them just deleted them. Trustpilot also shows through your company reviews that there are lots of people this happened to so it’s obviously something that is not clear you are signing up to when ordering from companies on line. I am writing to yourselves to remove all my information off your database and for the total money taken from my bank account of £54 returned. I also had just purchased products from TOWER LONDON Looking forward to your reply.

Qoverus/Eshopsecu scam!!! I don’t know who this company is but they have been taking regular payments from my account that I’m now dealing with through my bank and have thankfully cancelled future withdrawals. I hadn’t noticed the regular payment until it increased from £27 to £49 to £69 pounds, at which point I was alerted. I’ve had no email communication or subscription information and the number I tried calling doesn’t connect to anyone. Who are you Qoverus and what have you to say?!
