GBI was a customer for years I was a customer for years - no longer. I had no claims, no missed payments and mailed back all documents in time. They claimed I didn't send a document and dropped my policy with no notice. I mailed said document within 2 days of receiving. They are also no longer issuing policies in CA and no chance of appeal. This is a terrible experience for a valued customer.

GBClearcover Insurance one of the Best! I have been with Clearcover for the past few years and have to say it’s the best experience I’ve had with an insurance company since I’ve been driving. Easy set up, automatic payments, great phone app. Fingers crossed I’ve never had to submit a claim, but communication is easy with the app. Price is good and can recommend Clear Cover as a great insurance company. Give them a shot and see if they save you money.

GBDon't trust clearcover Don't trust Clearcover Insurance. Mice had gotten into our car and chewed the wires making it undriveable. An incident of vandalism covered by Clearcover. We called the insurance company. They said to take it to the dealer for an estimate. The estimate found the damage to be under 1000 deductible. The dealership charged Us $175.00 for the estimate and said that we had to paid for it. Clearcover said they were not going to pay the $175.00 it after they demanded we go there. Would You trust them??

GBAmazing customer service for claim process Was in a car accident and our car was eventually deemed totaled. From the very beginning Clearcover was super helpful and quick with the process. Our adjuster Celeste Medina was so amazing and kind and always just a phone call or email away. We were clueless in the whole process and she was extremely productive to always give insight and keep us posted on what the next step was going to be. She made a very stressful time in our life a lot easier.

GBVery POOR Service I had Clearcover insurance for two years; my wife hit a deer, and we needed to file a claim. We took pictures to send in for the damages as they do not send anyone out to look at your vehicle. Then, you submit the claim, and they send you a check for what they think will cover the damages. However, when the body shop starts working on the vehicle and sees that they will need additional funds to cover the damage, they want to negotiate the amount of money they think they should receive. In the end, the adjuster, Alex Sharman, refused to pay the full amount. The body shop would not release the vehicle until I paid the difference. Clearcover also makes you pay for the rental car, and they will reimburse you. I had a rental car that was not comparable to what I had coverage for, so it was under the amount of rental coverage that I had on my vehicle, and they refused to reimburse me for the amount I spent on the rental car. I called five or six body shops in my area before I could find someone to take Clearcover insurance; now I understand why they will not accept Clearcover. Clearcover is a six-month policy, and every six months, they increased the rate by $200 to $300. I canceled this policy and I would not recommend Clearcover insurance. Thank you, Mike.
