Very satisfied with my purchase, however, two months later I still do not have any type of statement that shows me how much of my payment is towards principal and interest. I only get amount due deducted from my bank account every month. I want to see monthly my balance and have emailed several times and I still have not received anything like that. So on that end I am very dissatisfied.

We financed a equipment through ENGS… We financed a equipment through ENGS earlier this year. There was a delay in getting machine delivered, and we paid in interest fee for everything single day delayed. We have been in business almost 30 years and financed plenty of equipments over the years, but this one is definitely most uptight company. They are in the business of lending and guess they are entitled to, but experience with them was just not pleasant. Questioned posted (emaiedl and written) are never returned.

this company does nothing but spam… this company does nothing but spam people. I keep getting emails from them despite numerous requests to stop contact. I have no need or interest in their services. nor did i sign up for their e-mails in the first place. Legally in Canada they are required to have an unsubscribe option in their email marketing and they do not. Don't contact this company unless you want to be spammed. 01/02/2021 received an e-mail from [email protected] subject "Hyundai WIA Financial Services - February 2021's Finance Promotion" with no unsubscribe link, and employee has not replied to multiple emails where I have asked to stop being emailed. Signature: "Ty Willis Business Development Manager Industrial Division" Not good business development.

Best commercial loan experience in my career. I have one commercial truck and one commercial trailer financed through ENGS and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Theresa in titling is the best in the buisness. She has helped me through a couple rough spots and was more than patient with me. The customer service team is amazing as well. Everytime I call to discuss matters with my accounts they go above and beyond. Looking forward to a long buisness relationship with ENGS!!
