GBMy agent was awesome! My agent that contacted me was really awesome, laid back, and tried finding me the best rates that he could. He made sure to go into great detail as to what was going on and when I didn't understand something, he explained in great detail. He ended up finding me a better deal than what I was expecting to find through this company to be honest. And honestly, I was getting ready to let the guy go because I honestly did not think that I was going to be able to find a decent deal with these guys, but I did and I'm happy that I decided to stay on the phone and finish exploring options. 15430199
