GBI don't appreciate being charged an… I don't appreciate being charged an extra $10, on the day of my payment being due. First, I thought that I had setup autodraft, but much to my surprise, I guess that isn't possible. I received a email a couple of days earlier, but I didn't get to that email 2 days later, and when I tried to make payment, it was denied, due to the "make Payment" had expired, as it is only good for 24hrs. So then I had to email back & forth with Support, which makes it very inconvenient. Keep in mind this was the due date.
