Not the best but better than the rest. That makes them the best I am so satisfied with this company that I cannot be more satisfied. I’ve been with them close to 2 1/2 or three years I paid them all my payments and now I’m free of making payments and yet I still have enough years left on my warranty. They are a great company I refer everyone that I speak to about them so if you’re looking to get a good warranty company, I would suggest this company number one they’re not the best but they’re better than the rest that makes them the best

Evercare made it very eay to file Evercare made it very easy to file a claim and pay the dealership. When I called, I spoke with Tori, who was a great help. She made a worrisome experience very calm. I had 3 claims and a tow.. and Evercare paid all of them without a hassle.

The overall customer service is… The overall customer service is outstanding,prompt and on time. They do not hesitate on approving my claims. I would recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the good work Amber!!!

THE BEST!!!!!!! NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. FAST RESPONSES TO MY QUESTIONS, MORE THAN WILLING TO TALK OVER WHAT IS COVERED AND HOW TO GO ABOUT THE PROCESS. I RAN INTO A SMALL ISSUE WITH GETTING A REIMBURSEMENT ON MY OIL CHANGE, WHICH I WILL ADMIT WAS MY FAULT, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WERE UNDERSTANDING AND FAST TO FIX MY ERROR. REFUND CAME WITHIN A WEEK!! IM A HAPPY GIRL OVER HERE!!! YOUVE GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Katherine was extremely polite and accommodating to my needs, I called eleras group/evercare and was transferred to Katherine and she was able to provide me with the information I was looking for.
