A Great Customer Service Leader - Ryan The insurance game once you separate from your employment is stressful, confusing, and expensive. Unfortunately prior to speaking with Ryan, I had signed up with a company who promised the world and in no way could they deliver. They mislead (lied) through the whole process. I had received a phone prior from Ryan and we spoke a little bit of what I needed but then I had to go. Once I found out about the other companies deception, I felt lost. Then I remembered the conversation that I had with Ryan. Ryan seem very genuine when I was speaking with him and he was answering all my questions in that little bit of time that we talked. I happen to find him via text message and we started corresponding regarding the different plans and again what I needed in an insurance company. After texting for a bit, I gave him a call. Again Ryan showed a lot of compassion he listens very well and is very slow pace which at that point I really needed. He explained everything very thoroughly and I thanked him from the bottom of my heart for assisting me through this ugly process. Ryan is very much an asset to your company. His patience and compassion by far will be any other company out there with dealing with customers like myself. I have a child who suffers with autism disorder and other children in the household that have ADHD. He understood the importance of medications and how I needed everything in a timely fashion. I just wanted to write this little note of gratitude to let you know how great Ryan was and handling my situation. Again he is really a major asset to your company. Ryan, thank you again for all your assistance and compassion in our conversation and assisting me and getting the proper insurance for my family. Sincerely, Kim Cossaboon

Unsatisfied Customer Although the agent was very professional and accommodative. He responded to all my concerns Except the MSRA concept either was not mentioned or quickly mentioned without me noticing it. It turned out the MSRA limit is $10,000. Which means if something major happens and I don't have $10,000, I cannot be hospitalized. I really feel it is not fair and I could have found a much better plan. A major factor of the plan such as MSRA should be explained in details and one should not expect the customer to be expert in health insurance.

Trying to make a payment yourself is… Trying to make a payment yourself is like pulling teeth. I am unable to make a manual payment or even change my payment date. When payments are processed, they're processed separately and on different dates.... customer service is nice but the system they follow is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone...
