GBTerrible! No!! No!!! Be very careful with this company. The insurance agents are not experienced - they’re sitting in a call center wearing sweatpants - and they do not offer all the plans in an area. Incorrect information, hard sales pitches. Good luck finding the “advisor” if you have a problem after the sale. They sell lots of policies using misleading advertisements, usually claiming it was from a partner and “we didn’t know”.

GBBetter than the competition I tried other health insurance market websites and was bombarded by spam calls within minutes and I couldnt view plans without going through several sites asking for my info. Ehealth was very direct and easy to navigate and compare plans and prices

GBSteffen Saffron assisted both me and my…compliment for Steffen Saffron Steffen Saffron assisted both me and my husband enroll in Medicare. Our situations were different and he was expert at explaining rationales and differences in our plans. He was patient and personable and offered to help us navigate through the options as we set up our respective plans. Thank you so much for the help we received. We doubt that we could have done this so easily on our own!

GBI was referred to e-health via a spam… I was referred to e-health via a spam call (one of dozens every day). I would NEVER deal with a company that uses random phone calls, beginning at 6 a.m., to generate leads for their business. e-health should consider ETHICAL methods of marketing without bombarding people with unwanted, unsolicited phone calls from India.

GBMy 1st. Experience in Medicare Insurance This was 1st. Foray into parts C & D being new to Medicare, I had spoken with a couple of other Insurance Brokers, never could get straight answers, I called and was connected with David Davis, He took time to go through all my Meds, and Checked to make sure all my Dr.s were in the plan I chose. I cannot say Good enough words for his help, there's only 1 negative, the later in Enrollment period, it takes persistence to get back in touch, I suggest leaving a Voicemail then continue to reach them by calling do not wait for callbacks but I can't imagine the amount of calls they receive during this time Period. Again I Highly recommend David at EHealth.
