GBLongtime customer , 1st claim I've been a customer for about a year and a half now. In that time theyve been pretty responsive to my emails and helpful over the phone when I needed to call them. Recently I submited my first claim on my truck, mechanic said it needed a water pump. National spoke directly with the shop, authorized it, and paid for it to the mechanic so I didn't pay out of pocket. Was in and out of the dealership same day. Happy with their service
