workers don’t listen to customers they gave me the wrong quote and after they gave me the wrong quote they would not send me my insurance paperwork than they held me on the phone to discuss why the mistake was made in a aggressive tone i ask to be redirected to the company i purchased my insurance from but instead they wanted to discuss matters that frankly was already handle so i do not know the reason for this situation.

Was looking for a personalized experience and I found Northwest I got tired of 800 numbers or call backs. I found Northwest and have been using them for all my insurance for the past 10+ years. Always had a positive experience. I recommend them to friends and family.
