Poor claims process Poor claims process. Worst I've ever received. Literally. It's the sole reason I'm leaving. Equity was cheaper and was actually helpful in the event of a claim.

Getting a quote was very quick and easy… Getting a quote was very quick and easy compared to other places. They had a good price and a low down payment so I went with them. Plus I can do it all on my phone and pay on my phone without having to talk to anybody which I like.
