GBNot so sure My experience BEFORE I purchased a warranty package was excellent. I had a bunch of questions for the reps & they responded quickly & thoroughly – one completely went out of his way to help me – even called while on a trip abroad. THEN I purchased it & the excellent service stopped. I had to email one of the reps twice before she answered, and then she gave me misinformation. I didn’t want my account on auto debit & she gave me a number to call. I called & the rep asked for my Vin, put me on hold for about five minutes then transferred me, without telling me, to an external trash company I called BACK & got another rep who told I didn’t have the option to change it. So I’m not sure WHAT to believe. I have a feeling this is an indication of things to come with them.
