My only complaint is that the person who called me after my claim was returned was more interested in getting my review than answering questions. I understand they were not an adjuster so I don't hold it against them, but it would have been nice to speak with someone who could have provided more thoughtful insight.

If I have questions they check into my questions and answer them very quickly. My dog has been in a lot of pain since she was born and they're very kind about the process we're having to go through.
