GBI have had nothing but good experiences… I have had nothing but good experiences with say insurance since I started with them. I even got a one-year anniversary gift which I thought was awesome, and my insurance has gone down a little bit from what it was when I started. Six dollars a month savings it adds up. I really like my insurance company and I plan on going nowhere.

GBSUCK IT, YOU SUCK. MY WIFE'S PAYMENT DIDN'T GO THRU CAUSE OF EXPIRED CARD. NEVER GOT A LETTER ABOUT IT. THEY CANCELED THE POLICY WITHOUT AS MUCH AS A LETTER. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LET US REINSTATE THE POLICY OR LET US GET A NEW POLICY. YOU HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. ONE MISTAKE AND SAY FIRES YOU. WHAT A JOKE YOU ARE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM. SAY NO TO SAY INSURANCE. BUYER BEWARE. SUCK IT!!!!!!!!

GBFamily issue resolved I had a family issue and needed to add to my insurance policy 2 more vehicles temporarily. This insurance company's agents were kind, respectful and worked with me to make this transaction easy and affordable. When it came time to remove a vehicle they did not question me or give me a hard time they just did it and gave me my new rate which was a reasonable rate. I have been with them for a year now and have not been disappointed.

GBI moved over to Say Insurance from… I moved over to Say Insurance from Progressive after a couple years of my policy getting 'progressively' more expensive despite an accident and ticket falling off my record. I've had a great experience so far with Say. It was easy to sign up, easy to get my proof of insurance, and after a year my policy has gone down significantly in price. I have no complaints!
