I was with CarShield and had a terrible experience with them they are a deceptive company didn't pay for repairs that should have been done and having me to come out of pocket more than 100.00 deductible. Service doesn't get much better than this!! I phoned today and spoke to Michelle to advise that my husband had passed away 3 weeks ago. I wanted to know if this plan could be transferred into my name and what was required. She confirmed that I am also "named" in the plan although it isn't "shown" in the paperwork. I also wanted to know if this was transferable in the event I sold the vehicle. She confirmed it was and immediately sent the documents via email, together with instructions.
