GBI'm impressed! as a new customer of TDK I'm completely satisfied with everything. This is the 3rd time I'm completing this survey. Every time I tried to send it, it disappeared. This phone is crazy. Anyway, I spoke with Matt Ruona regarding a policy. He was knowledgeable, personable and had a great sense of humor. He answered all my questions, including the ones I never thought of! I just increased the amount of coverage and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for any future needs or recommend them to friends
