AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CHASE I can’t even put into words how amazing the customer service I received by Chase was this evening. She was so helpful in explaining every detail about insurance for my 6 pups. Chase was so patient and I never felt like she was rushing me off the phone. She was so kind and her passion for helping others showed in every way. She is very knowledgeable and was on point answering all my questions. She truly cares about animals, she cared about my pups! If there were more humans like Chase in this world - the would be a better place. From the bottom of my heart thank you Chase for all your help. 5 +++ Star for Chase. Sydney has been helpful on more than one occasion at answering my questions, helping me navigate the site, and generally being an all around kind human. We have been very pleased with AKC pet… We have been very pleased with AKC pet insurance. We have had our nearly 15 year old dachshund covered by their insurance since she was 4 months old. There customer service has always been excellent. I am glad I took out their coverage many years ago. I would definitely recommend getting pet insurance.

I am so happy and satisfied with my AKC… I am so happy and satisfied with my AKC pet insurance. My English bulldog is 6 months now and has undergone surgery on his eyes. He developed cherry eye. He was suffering and has been to eye specialist several times. My insurance responded within 2 days and paid 80% of my claim. I would highly recommend AKC pet insurance. They are very professional and always send an EOB so you can what was paid. Thank you
