His easy going, warm manner, thorough knowledge base and professional counsel led to securing a well covered and reasonably priced policy today. I had to use chat to clarify an issue on the customer portal and that was smooth as silk. The communications online, texting, .pdf documents, portal setup, were easy, helpful, and now one more big item checked off as we approach our house closing date. Seems like a great team.
