GBStephanie and Holly Are Awesome Last year I went through a tough time and Stephanie was there very well taking care of things and handling it so well. I had issues with Liberty Hyundai where they didn't even give me a Courtesy Loaner Sometime in October 2023, whereas the vehicle was dropped off mid-September or so and we went one month without a loaner and had hard times getting to all our appointments, Stephanie and Holly came to our rescue and helped us get the loaner. They both truly worked a miracle, and I would always like to have Stephanie, Holly or Madison to be in charge of any issue I may encounter in any coming months (hopefully not). This review may not be enough to compliment them both but all I can say is that you both were absolutely awesome. Thank you so much Stephanie and Holly for being so awesome. Hope you get this review.

GBI had a very fine experience talking… I had a very fine experience talking with Dillon today he was very helpful in having me elude the practice of shop repair costs and for those individuals and repair shops to stop trying to gouch me and he told me how to get things done and explained to me the process, where is the shop didn’t want to tell me that and they was skipping steps. I really appreciate him being knowledgeable about that. He did a job.

I was calling to Cancel My Contract but They Helped Me Out Big Time And Clearly, Changed My Mind. Thanks again Wendy, Esther And Rhonda. GBMy rating for TOCO claim Took car to dealership, they determined what parts were needed for repair. TOCO called me next day and told me that claim was approved. Parts came in and I took car back to dealership for repairs. Repairs done. TOCO called me 3 hrs later to verify repairs done and was I satisfied with work done and with TOCO. The reason I went with TOCO was that they are rated A+ by BBB and only had 8 complaints in a 3 yr period. Most popular extended warranty companies are not even registered with BBB and several had over 100 complaints in 1 yr.
