When I opened the box, I was amazed by the small details and the skill that went into making this watch look better than the pictures on their website ( I bought the double date model for ladies). I can wear it for any occasion because it goes well with both casual and formal outfits. The watch is made with high-quality materials and feels very sturdy. You can tell that they chose each part carefully to make sure it lasts a long time. The smooth and shiny finish makes it look even more sophisticated. It keeps accurate time, and the glass on top is very tough and won't get scratched at all. Delivery complications and wrong colour The logistics company used for delivery claimed 2 failed deliveries at times we were home, before we were able to track the item down and collect from the Depo. Matthew Mercury customer service were helpful and quick to respond but couldn't help beyond requesting another delivery. On collecting the item the wrong colour of watch was sent (brown rather as black). After taking over 3 weeks to arrive we don't have time to arrange an exchange. It was bought for a birthday present and the recipient still likes the watch but disappointed it's wasn't the colour they had originally chosen. The watch itself it elegent and of great quality.
