My practice was involved in a suit that ended well, and they were present at all steps. Their claims people are actual attorneys so are very skilled and knowledgable. I give my highest recommendation.

No feedback I am not trying to be a troublemaker, but I have difficulty getting Capson to pick-up my phone call or call me back after I leave a message. This is not for a crisis; just when trying to make routine enquiries. The doctor that referred me to Capson also said Capson is shutting down/going bankrupt- I have received no written notice; I can't get through by phone. I just assume I still have medical practice insurance. Otherwise, the price is phenomenal!!! unbeatable!!!.
