Akkos service is incredible Akkos service is incredible. Every time I’ve filed a claim it’s quickly approved and I’ve been able to get my device (a MacBook Pro and various iPhones) repaired or replaced without a hiccup. The customer service team replies to any questions promptly and are always very helpful and courteous. I couldn’t recommend them more! If you have devices you care about, get Akko insurance!

Akko is totally legit Akko is totally legit! My screen broke on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Akko made it easy to file the claim and submit the necessary documents to get payment of the claim. Once they received the documents my claim was reviewed, approved and paid within 12 hrs. Thanks Akko!

Buyer beware Buyer beware! Stay far away from this company. There is no phone number or live person to talk to right away to deal with any issues. I canceled my plan, and they have yet to refund my account. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
