CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS… CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS TENORIO SHOULD BE CSP OF THE YEAR. He was so awesome. He was very informative. He help 3 individuals get free health insurance whom hasn't had insurance in years and need very badly to go to the doctor. All 3 of us are so grateful to Mr Tenorio. The 3 were on one call. I use to be a customer service provider. I was actually a customer service specialist for over 20 years. I must say Carlos is one of the best CSP I have ever talked to. Hats off to his trainer too. This company has my best reviews I was impressed by the reps helpful knowledge. Just in minutes he had me at a 0 copay and 0 pay for my subscriptions. I always have had a hard time in understanding the reps I have talked to before but with this fellow it wasn't the case. I'm just waiting on my card and it was a great telephone call. Thank you very much for your understanding and kindness during my application.

Great experience I experienced great knowledgeable answers to my questions. I was concerned about this service at first but those concerns quickly disappeared. The results were fast. I’m just waiting on my subsidy card to arrive. I actually feel like I have an outstanding health plan now. I’m completely satisfied with my experience!
