Great Service! I've been in the insurance business for 13 years now and Viking has always been there to help me out with any type of bond I am needing. There service is outstanding! I had full communication with them at all times. Especially Tammi Langlois was of GREAT help. She kept me in the loop at all time and made the process smooth. Superb customer service. Bond Finally Released! The sewer district changed plans and decided they no longer needed a maintenance bond and ordered Viking to release my performance bond. Viking refused to release my bond despite the sewer districts notice of release and clear email communications stating the District does not want the maintenance bond. Viking refused to contact the sewer district to clarify their position or help find a solution in any way. Using Viking means taking the risk everything goes exactly as planned. Any deviations from plan Viking is not a good choice. Caveat emptor. UPDATE: Spoke to someone else at Viking Bond service and they were much more knowledgeable about what it takes to release my bond. Again Viking Bond service Again Viking Bond service, especially with the help of Cynthia, proved to be excellent at providing the proper bond needed, doing so in a timely manner and at a cost effective rate. We made the error of looking elsewhere, thinking it would have been "easier"? My mistake, Viking and Cynthia will continue to be our "go-to" for all our bond needs!
