Honest and VERY HELPFUL Kathe offered different scenarios in easy to understand language. She was patient, listened and found a plan that fit the criteria. Didn't feel rushed, felt heard.

Dynamic Duo We were very satisfied with our current plan and provider, but had noted a new plan being offered by them and were interested in some of the new benefits. When trying to explore the differences, we were overwhelmed by the amount of data and "medicare speak" in trying to determine if we should try the newer offering. Her assistant, Angie, responded quickly to our request for an appointment and assisted us in providing the info needed for our meeting. Met with Kathe and she helped us compare the two plans, thoughtfully based on our conversations about our needs and what was working for us and what could be better. We were not rushed or pressured to change our plan. Chose the new plan offering and benefits that better fit our current medical and life style needs. DEFINITELY a 5 star experience! Kathe was GREAT to work with and was… Kathe was GREAT to work with and was extremely knowledgable in explaining the "In's and Out"s" of Medicare. Kathe also explained different plans in detail about drug coverage (very important to us). My husband and I have attended two different seminars on Medicare, but after talking with Kathe, we feel much more prepared for signing up!
