Slow on response. My original call was helpful and I received a prompt call. After that not so much I had not heard anything for a week after my phone interview so I called to check on the status, I was concerned not hearing. I called cigna and talked to an underwriter who said it was accepted. My husband went through another company and already has his card. This is the first I have heard anything since October 7.

She’s direct, to the point, knows her stuff! She doesn’t try to “sell” you on higher commission policies, she wants what’s best for you. Face it, the policy/plans cost the same anywhere, it’s who you work with that separates Dianna from others.
