Mr. Nunez Mr. bob Schmidt was very good at what he does. If you had more custom service reps like him the world would be a better place. Very much helpful and know his job well, that's the only agent I care to work with. Remember Customer Service is everything and he is the only one who knew how to get me my insurance.
