GBOnly chatted with CHLARISSE not used or claimed I only chatted with CHLARISSE and she answered all my questions for about an hour. I am happy with the customer service compared to other insurance providers. However, The comprehensive plans are very expensive and the fixed ones have lot of conditions that are not covered, for example, UTI or other bacterial infections etc are not covered and comes are pre-ex etc. So when you purchase, you need to read the fine print.
