GBWhat made my experience so good was the… What made my experience so good was the quality of customer service knowledge during the call. Micheal Ross took the time to review and explain the policies when I had a question. Valuable info about how the out-of-pocket expenses work, the deductible, and what plans offer health incentives. It was straightforward to talk with him. He cared about what options I made versus just rushing the process to get another caller.

GBBless her heart she was trying to help… Bless her heart she was trying to help me as best she could. I just didn't understand what was going on because I got a pop up on my phone out of nowhere. I don't think I made her aware of that. But the rating isn't for her. It's for the company that she works for as they use intrusive ways to get people's money because they prey on people who have no choice but to comply because of the plans they have. Then I get that pop up again and get lied to again about what benefits I have. But if this company thinks I'm benefitting from them scamming me. They have another thing coming.

GBCourtney was both very knowledgeable &… Courtney was both very knowledgeable & both helpful & patient making sure that I understood the info. she was providing to me about health care plans as well as repeatedly asking me if I had further questions making sure that my policy coverage needs were met & that I was clear on coverage & cost options. She helped me not only reduce my mo. premium Co-pay, which was most helpful as l have very limited income. and helped me enroll in a $0.00 premium plan that is very adequate, comprehensive & meets all of my current health care needs. In addition to being so helpful, she was most cordial, courteous, kind, supportive & in general a joy to talk with. Fyi ...I am a retired Social Worker LCSW of 30 years & would easily say that my experience w/of Courtney was excellent & that she is outstanding in her role as healthcare phone specialist.
