GBApp turns on constantly by itself and… App turns on constantly by itself and I'm always overcharged as it's hard to determine when I was driving at times. Reason why I'm not still insured because it went from 30 dollars to minus 102 and I can't afford that right now :(

GBThis app is a positive game changer!!The customer service is the best!! The customer service is the best!!! Every agent has been the nicest and very patient and LITERALLY! When I message a questions, I recieve a reply , within a couple hours or less. And I get every answer I need! I have never had a car insurance agency that’s so understanding! This app is a big game changer, especially if you just drive lightly, like taking kids to school or going to store!! You will save so much money!

GBI've had to call the customer service a… I've had to call the customer service a few times and every time they were very nice and understanding they help me with my problem each time and it was done professionally and quickly and I like that.
