GBWorst Nightmare I'm not sure how when you get your car service and they tell you. You have an engine oil leak and that was on 2/23 . But tell you don't worry about we will monitor it. Let fast forward on March 31 car starts smoking and this is the first sign something is wrong with your car.. Contact Merit to file a claim mind you this is the first ever after paying 2 1/2 years . It wasn't an oil leak but a cooling leak and to top it off they as for all this paperwork that of course they thought I wasn't going to have it. Paperwork was submitted after waiting a week and a half while my car sit in the shop. Only to be told they denied the claim because the vehicle was still being used after I was told it was an engine leak but turn out to be something else. Wow this is a rip off I have 6 more payments and never filed a claim. This is crazy to me the Supervisor talk to you like he don't care about a word you saying. Then threatens to hang up on you. Do not I mean DO NOT GET THIS WARRANT WITH THEM THEY WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!
