Red Sky Honored Hurricane Ian Claim We purchased RedSky Travel Insurance via a booking with Garden City Realty in Myrtle Beach. Hurricane Ian had a direct hit near our condo a day before our scheduled arrival. Garden City Realty informed us that the condo would not be inhabitable on the first day of our trip. We canceled the entire week. Although it appeared that by the 3rd day of the week, we could have got into our rental, Red Sky Insurance honored the claim and paid in full.

The Arch Red Sky Insurance representatives I spoke with helped greatly by reminding me of the steps to take with the rental company, as well as what documents to forward to Arch for the processing of our claim. Email notices were sent as each document was received, as well as reminders about what was still needed. This communication was really helpful.
