Spammers and possible scammers Spammers and possible scammers. Terrified I gave them my personal information claiming to be Medi-Cal. Then when I shared my concern this may be a scam, they hung up on me. Then started to get non stop calls from them and their affiliates.

When an insurance agent had your business card it says if you need anything give me a call and that's what they really mean I was first contacted but representative Joseph Martinez after mailing in a card I received in the mail about California benefits. After setting up my appointment and getting so many phone calls we Mr Martinez arrived I tried to cancel. He talked me into letting him in and ended up not only getting me a good Medicare Advantage plan he also sent me up with some life insurance. He gave me his card said if I ever need anything to give him a call. Will 6 months later a friend of mine insurance and got switched up while he's in the hospital getting a pacemaker put in and I thought about someone that could help him. I contacted Mr Martinez who just happen to be in Sacramento that day and had some spare time and it was more than willing to come meet with my friend Mr Martin to see if he can assist him with his problem. We'll have to showing up he assisted Mr Martin with his problem. Her Mr Martinez to go above and beyond his job and assist me really mean a lot to me. And as a representative of the insurance company I'm sure all agents would be just as helpful.

Horrible Customer service Horrible Customer service. An totally incompetent agent put me on hold without telling me why and then sent me to the message box of someone(whom I assumed was my claim adjustor). The agent would not identify herself and did not send me the adjustor's name. I had to call back and waisted 20 minutes trying to get a supervisor. Total disaster- can't wait to find out how my claim is adjusted.

Outstanding customer service with… Outstanding customer service with jason. He didnt make me feel like a senile senior citizen asking for help with my life insurence i was seeking. I felt comfortable talking to him like he was one of my kids. A down home guy with a heart of gold i could relate to. Very informative with my millions of questions and very kind. Final life decisions are a subject some of us do not want to face. After ending our conversation, i had a smile upon my face and such peace of mind that i knew i did something good today for myself and my family. Im comfortable with my decision and the great help from him. Thanks so much.Gods blessings to each of us while we navigate through this life together.
