We had the worst possible experience… We had the worst possible experience with this company. We cancelled after a few short months and found a better company that links payment directly to payroll. We are still receiving communications from Cerity 6 months later while we dispute an audit that didn't even have my name spelled correctly. We will need to take them to court to get our money back. I wish I'd read the reviews on the BBB prior to choosing them. They have a D- rating.

More options online I would like to have more options on the internet, and be available to print my policy. But if you send it every time i renew it, will be better. i have to update my review i received my policy documents, and i see more options and prices are good! Thank you for your service

Couldn't ask for more. I have been with them now for a little bit over 2 years. I have 0 complaints. Very affordable. Whenever I need a certificate I just go online and get 1. And if it's a little bit more detailed I send an email and they get me their certificate back to me and the customer right away.

Very prompt and professional. Arianne was very prompt, professional, and understanding of the situation. Even though I was not happy with the situation. Gave direct honest answers. Gave me a quick resolution that I was happy with. Thank you.

The company changed their portal The company changed their portal, at which time all accounts being drafted needed to send payment via paper check. Unfortunately we were not informed of this until we received a cancellation notice in the mail. We called the office, found out the new (inconvenient) protocol and mailed the checks. Had to call to add a COI and was told that both our policies were canceled for non-payment. When we asked where the payments went that went sent (and cashed), they said they were applied. WHAT?? Makes no sense. Of course they also refused to refund the money until after the yearly audit. We've used them for years, no claims and this is the treatment we get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
