NLCan't get the link to reactive my… Can't get the link to reactive my account. Also no indication as to how long I am to wait. Customer service seems very 'bot'-ish and 'Q&A-pagey' (impersonal) and therefor less effective.

GBWebsite very very very slow. The worldtrips website has been agonizingly slow. Please address this as I have 2 trips where I am using worldtrips. It was not this slow before. I will probably get my next insurance if this will continue for another month. I have been happy in the past but this experience of waiting so long for the website to load is too frustrating.

GBI appreciate the extra insurance… I appreciate the extra insurance coverage if someone is injured because of my fault. The insurance amount is 20,000 or 25,000 $.
