When my medical records were obtained I had a pending procedure that was rescheduled. SBLI contacted me asked me the reason for the procedure. I explained it was routine and scheduled because I just turned 45. The next day SBLI issued my policy ! Great experience and it’s amazing knowing my kids have security if something happens to me.

They did not confirm with me if I want to push through with increased quoted premium My quote of premium was 3x the usual amount, because of 1 abnormal lab result. That is okay. What is not okay was they cancelled my previous coverage and replaced it with the expensive one without asking me if i want to push through with the changes.
