GBI have not had to use the service yet I have not had to use the service yet . A bit concerned that I have been paying for it for over a year . And unless I am confused looks like I have to start all over again ,waiting period and all . Did not know it was not a contentious service once you enrolled initially as long as payments were made .

GBI have been without a vehicle for 15… I have been without a vehicle for 15 days due to carshield dropping the ball on my claim. They had all information on a Monday said they didn't get it until Thursday when they clear texted me Tuesday morning all was received. They didn't set up inspection until Thursday. The inspector arrives 5 days later 3 businessdays as they clearly stated 1-2 business days. I'm on 7 days of a rental vehicle and now placed at the back of the line to be fixed, finally goes in 11 days later carshield said not their fault. Now on day 15 refuses to compensate for their dropping of ball.
