Solid coverage, good communication and customer service My cat recently needed a surgery to remove a tumor. I filed a claim and Healthy Paws followed up promptly (within 24 hours) with a clear description of the documentation needed to verify coverage. The filing process was very straightforward, and I was provided clear explanations for which items in my invoice were and were not covered based on my policy. The vast majority of the surgery fee was covered and I received reimbursement checks in the mail within about 2 weeks. The team also sent a very caring individualized follow-up note checking in on how my cat was doing.
