GBFrom an agency perspective getting a… From an agency perspective getting a quote is total hit or miss, probably 70% of accounts we submit are declined. Functionality isn't fluid, systems don't work like most companies. For example, customer sends a check, you receive it but won't mark the account paid until the check clears and it appears like you don't even check you just place a 7 day waiting period to post the payment.

GBRating platform is great Rating platform is great! Issuance is also an easy process. Pricing and tailored coverages are spot on. The renewal process is a bit confusing as far as who gets what (agent & insured) re: policy & renewal billing. I've gotten feedback from insured's that they don't like having to do the inspections but compared to the amount of policies we've issued I would say it's less than 10%.

GBCrooks Write Policies NOT Looking at… Crooks Write Policies NOT Looking at Their Own Inspection August - Honeycomb did a thorough inspection and 20 photos of the electrical panels. September - I paid $3497 for their policy October - They required $35000 of interior electrical panels which we couldn't possibly complete in 3 weeks. They refunded some money but took $565. They claim they don't review their inspection in a timely manner. WATCH OUT for these crooks.

I was having a hard time finding insurance in San Francisco After receiving the non-renewal notice from AmGuard, with whom I have been insured for 20 years with no claim. agents at Honeycomb are responsive, prompt, and attentive to my needs.
