NOT film production insurance! DO NOT GET. Was not as advertised. You should not advertise yourself as film production insurance. This is extremely misleading. Every film production payroll, accounting, rental house, and studio said they DO NOT accept thimble insurance because it is NOT complete production insurance.

Customer Service Doesn't Exist Here! Easy for When You Need to Say You Have Coverage, Difficult When You Actually Need It Thimble took my payment and for close to a month could not provide my policy documents. They finally came out and said that they had an error where my policy never generated. This caused me loss of potential business for a month as I needed proof of the General Liability Insurance I'd already paid for that they eventually told me they could not provide. I always had to reach out multiple times for updates. Their communication is horrible. Then they made an offer to refund my money and to backdate a new policy coverage date to the beginning date of the original. This, again took weeks and multiple attempts of contacting them to get any update or change. In the end, they changed my policy effective date and my expiration date to that of the original. Effectively I lost a month of potential business and insurance coverage from my new policy. When I told them the agent only mentioned backdating my beginning coverage, they said sorry that I misunderstood their agent and they would not change my original dates of the new policy back to what they were. I'm disputing their services with my credit card as they were negligent and did not fulfill the condition of their offer. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
